French Human Basics: The Bread!

English people use to represent the typical French guy with on one hand a "camenbert", cheese from Normandy, on the other hand The French Baguette (the typical Parisinian bread) and...a necklace of onions...?!
So following our british-reputation, I am proud to show you an authentic french bread, home made from the leaven to the...picture in...Spain.
Flours (200g of whole-grain flour,150g white flour,150g rye flour) are coming from Spain and France, the leaven is the mix of the same quantity of wey and rye flour and the pictures were done with my ...eeepc!
